How to Use this Page

This page is used by members to enter rodeo competitions. First, ensure you are entering the correct competition. The competition name will be displayed near the top of the page. If no competition is selected, there will be a drop down to select from available competitions. Only the competitions which are currently open for entry will be avaialble. Enter your organization member number. Note: you do not need to login first to enter a competition, you just need your member number, and the member numbers of any additional members you will be entering as part of your entry group. When you key in your member number, the form will auto-fill your name.

Next, select the events you wish to enter by clicking the check box to the left of the event name. If the organization allows multiple entries into the same event, that event will appear multiple times and you will need to click the check box for each entry. For team events, you will be required to select your role on the team and to provide the member number of your team partner. If you do not know the member number of your partner, there is a link above the entry form to a member list which opens in a new window. When you supply a team partner in this entry form, the team partner will be automatically entered in the event and they will receive a notification email of the entry. If you have already been entered by your team partner, do not enter the event again.

To enter additional members of your entry group, scroll down to the Buddies section and provide the member numbers and event selections for these members. Do not duplicate the team event entries from above. When you have made all your event selections, click the Next button.

Review the information on the summary screen and if all is correct, click the Next button to confirm. If you need to make changes, click the Back button.

After you have confirmed your entries, you will be taken to the Payments page. Each member that has been entered will be listed on the payments page. Only the lead member will have the check box next to their name and member number checked for payment processing. If you wish to pay the entry fees for additional members, check those boxes as well and click Proceed to Payment.

You will temporarily leave the Rodeo Producer for payment processing on the Stripe payment platform. Enter your payment information and proceed to make the payment. Note that you can optionally store your payment card information for future convenience.

After successful payment, you will be returned to Rodeo Producer. You should receive an entry notification email and a payment confirmation email from Rodeo Producer as well as a payment receipt from Stripe. Your entries and payments will also be reflected in your Member Profile.
