With Rodeo Producer™, the number of membership types and divisions you can create is unlimited. Whether you have Open, Senior, Junior, Masters divisions — or more — it’s all easily managed. Need to organize memberships by gender? No problem. You can set up different membership types, assign specific registration fees, and even configure special categories like local competitor memberships or permit memberships, with limits on the number of rodeos they can enter.
Rodeo Producer also includes full membership database management. Admins can easily update organizational settings such as membership renewal dates, division structures, and more — while members always have secure access to view and manage their own information.
Set Your Fees
With Rodeo Producer™, how you charge fees — and what you charge — is fully based on your rulebook. The system gives you complete control with settings for membership fees, event entry fees, and administrative fees.
You can update fees each season without affecting your historical data, ensuring past records stay accurate while your current charges are applied correctly.
Need admin fees calculated per event or per rodeo? No problem. Simply toggle the setting, and Rodeo Producer will automatically apply and calculate the correct charges during rodeo entry — no extra work required.
Online Entry
Save time, reduce manual work, and eliminate unnecessary data entry by giving your members the ability to register online. With Rodeo Producer™, members can join your association, enter rodeos, and select their events — all through an easy-to-use online system.
For rodeos with multiple performances, competitors can choose their preferred performances and enter their entire buddy group at once, ensuring they stay together when the draw is created. For team events, entering is just as simple — select your partner's member number, and both team members are entered automatically.
Entries can also be processed by office admin staff to accept phone in entries from your regular competitors.
Online Payment
One of the key features of Rodeo Producer is the ability to process online payment at time of rodeo entry.
Taking payment online means the Admin does not need to touch or process the $'s, making entries and payments extremely efficient for the association. With our integrated payment system, you are in charge of your account and you decide when to transfer funds to your bank account.
Payments made direct to the organization can also be recorded by office admin staff to accept payments from your regular competitors such as cash, check or credit card.
Calculate Results
Scores, times, and results come in fast — and with Rodeo Producer™, everything updates just as quickly. As you enter scores and times on the Admin side, payouts and points are automatically calculated based on your payout and point structures — even if different events have different splits.

Maybe Barrel Racing pays out to 8 places, other timed events pay to 6, Rough Stock pays to 4, and Team Roping pays to 4 but with higher splits. No problem. With Rodeo Producer, you can assign specific payout rules per event, or let all events default to one standard payout set — giving you complete flexibility without the confusion.
