Volunteer Scheduling
Building the Volunteer Schedule
The schedule follows your rodeo format schedule. By Events in the Performances, or in the Gos. Whatever your rodeo format, you can use the settings in the software to display the correct order of Events.
Volunteer assignment is unlimited. Assign as many volunteers to an event as needed. The Scheduling has the flexibility to assign a volunteer to an Event on the Saturday schedule and then a different volunteer for the same Event on the Sunday schedule.
Sharing the Volunteer Schedule
Once the Schedule is built, the Volunteer Schedule is automatically available to your rodeo association members. With just a simple piece of code (an iframe) placed on any page on your website, the Volunteer Schedule is available for all to view. That's it, once the code is in place, it will automatically update with any new schedule additions or changes.
Revenue & Expense tracking
Most rodeo organizations have a variety of sources for their revenues and expenses. From their rodeo management software to arena expenses, to rentals and employees payments. With our Revenue and Expense Tracking feature, you have a single place to consolidate.
Revenues
Revenues are tracked to the individual rodeos. Set up your revenue Sources and your revenue types then simply populate with revenues for each rodeo. Rodeo entry fee revenues, secretary fees, office fees, stock fees, concession sales, and any other revenue sources can be tracked.
Expenses
Similar to revenues, simply add your Vendors and Expense Types. Then for each rodeo, enter the expense amounts. Included in the expenses can be payouts to competitors, arena rentals, refunds, equipment, and more.
Reports
Three separate reports are available at the click of a button. The Rodeo Report will produce a full report of Revenues, Expenses, and a profit/loss amount. The Season report will consolidate all the revenues and expenses entered across all rodeos, and a profit/loss amount for the season. The Vendor Report will provide a full reporting on the expenses listed for a specific vendor, for the entire season.
