Free Trial Period

We offer a 30-day free trial for all our software. Once your account is created, it starts in trial mode, pre-loaded with sample data—such as 10 members, 5 events, and 1 test rodeo—to give you a risk-free opportunity to explore all the features. While there are limits on the number of members, events, and rodeos during the trial, there’s enough to give you a thorough test. All settings can be customized to align with your rodeo association’s rulebook. We help you through the setup with free on-boarding support to help get it right from the start.

Annual License Fee

Once you’re ready to move forward, we’ll switch your trial account to an unlimited account and send you an invoice for the annual license fee of $100.

With Online Payments Enabled

We have an integrated online payment system in Rodeo Producer using the Stripe payment processing platform (more information below).Â

When online payments are enabled, all online payments will automatically be recorded in the database.  For any payments not made online, organizations are responsible for collecting and recording fee payments.

When online payments are enable and available to your members for membership payments/renewals and rodeo entry fee payments, we will charge a 1% administration fee for all transactions processed.

There is no per rodeo charge when online payments are enabled and at least 25% of the entrants to a rodeo use the online payment method. If fewer than 25% use the online payment method, there will be a per rodeo surcharge of $25. This amount will be invoiced 1-2 days after the rodeo completion.

Without Online Payments

When online payments are not enabled, there will be a per rodeo charge of $50. This amount will be invoiced 1-2 days after the rodeo completion.

When online payments are not enabled, organizations are responsible for collecting and recording all fee payments.

If your organization chooses to not use the online payment system, ads may appear in select screen locations within the public display on your account.

Stripe Payment Platform

To accept online payments, your organization will need a Stripe Connected account. This is a Stripe account that links directly to the Rodeo Producer platform. Rodeo Producer uses Stripe’s Standard account type, which gives you complete control over your funds. You can choose when to transfer money from your Stripe account to your bank account. When payments are processed, an Administration Fee (as outlined above) is added and paid to Rodeo Producer. Stripe's standard processing fees will be charged directly to your Stripe account. Typical Stripe fees are 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction (see Stripe for confirmation). The Standard Stripe account also allows you to process a refund to your members such as for Vet/Med Out fee refunds.

Free Technical or Business Support

We do not charge for providing support to your organization. Our on-boarding assistance prior to you season is free. Any custom development for new features and options is free. Technical support during the season is free.
