This Privacy Policy explains how Rodeo Producer collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when you use Rodeo Producer to register for rodeos, manage your competitor profile, make payments, view rodeo results, or otherwise interact with a rodeo association or organization using Rodeo Producer.

1. What Is Rodeo Producer?
Rodeo Producer is an online rodeo management platform used by rodeo associations, clubs, committees, and other organizations to manage memberships, rodeo entries, draws, results, standings, payments, and related activities.
Rodeo Producer provides the technology platform, while individual rodeo associations and organizations are responsible for determining how they operate their rodeos and what information they require from competitors.
For many purposes, the rodeo association or organization you compete with is responsible for the personal information it provides to Rodeo Producer and determines how that information is used within its organization.

Rodeo and Competition Information

Rodeo Producer does not need to receive or store your complete credit card number or security code in order to process your payment.

Rodeo Producer does not knowingly use children's personal information for purposes unrelated to providing the requested rodeo management services.
