In this chapter, we will be talking about adding member images and setting up the image types that you wish to have members submit in your account.
Before we have a look at how to add additional images, let's have a look at what's there already. As an example, we'll go to Members > Set Members, and just view a member profile. As we scroll down the page, we see there is room here for a member image, which either the admin can upload here or the member themselves can upload from their member profile. And we have a proof of age image. Again either the admin or the member can upload this and can delete them as well. It is important to point out that these are image files and that it does require a valid image type to upload these.
You can set this to be whatever you want the image to represent. Remember, you already have a member image. You already have a proof of age image. Perhaps what you require your members to provide is the EIA or the Coggins test. You simply enter the name here and what it will do is it will display that image field and upload buttons on the member form as well as on the admin side. Perhaps you want to allow the member to upload a favorite rodeo image. Perhaps you also want to allow them to upload an image of their favorite horse. The images and the name of the images, or the category, is up to you. If your organization don't need any more and the member image and the proof of age image are enough, then there's no need to add any more here. These additional images are available as we have had a number of organizations request the ability to upload more images. And once you've added the names of the images, you would simply hit enter or scroll to the bottom and tap the save button.
We'll go and have a look at that on the member profile. So we'll go Members > Set Members and we'll look at this member again where we looked before and here was that member image. The proof of age image is still in place. And now we have the EIA or the Coggins test. We have the favorite rodeo image and favorite horse image. And again, these are standard image file types. And either the admin or the member uh can upload these and delete these. So the the admin can do it on the members behalf.
