There are two steps in using online judges cards. The first is to create a password that you can pass to your judges. We do this in Settings > System Settings, and it will be in the Results section. Scroll down to the judges card password and enter the password.

You then simply pass this password to your judges and this gives them the ability to access the judges cards from the main start menu login screen and they are able to enter scores and times for all of the events in your rodeo. You can pass this password to multiple judges and multiple judges can be logged on at the same time. So you don't have to assign passwords to each specific judge. So now we'll look at how that looks from the judge's end, we can see it from the admin side. They will see a page similar to this.

They will not have the rest of these menu options (as the admin does here). The online judges card login only gives them access to the judges cards. So in the March rodeo in the Bull Riding event we are just getting ready and you can have up to three judges scores entered and it will calculate the Average which will be used for the actual score that gets saved and is used for results calculations. If you only have one judge, you just enter one score. They can also assign outs as necessary. So, we'll just fill this up with some scores and Submit Scores.

Rodeo scores have been updated and we would have a look down here and we can see that it is taking the scores and taking an average and it is that score uh which is now being input and would be available for results.

They can then move on to a timed event and do the same thing for that event.

As a timed event likely it would be just one time. So it would be entered under the score one column and if there's any penalty that would be used in arriving at the final score. Sometimes in timed events there are multiple timekeepers and they take the average of the two or of the three. So that can be done here in this case as well. If you have an electric eye timer, it can be done right here and the person running the timer could be set up for the timer to enter these directly.

Just a reminder that this saves the score or the time only. You still need an Admin to go to Results > Enter Results, you'll see that final score saved. Submit those to calculate the payouts or points.
