In this short chapter, we'll talk about the Season Standings Preview. We'll go to the main menu, Results > Season Standings Preview.

This is a tool made for the admins to view the season standings. The reason it's called the season standings preview is it's going to show you the season standings before you mark a rodeo as official. It will include any rodeo where you have results calculated as if it were official, even if it isn't marked as official yet. If your organization is set up to calculate season all-around standings on the season standings preview page, it will show the all-arounds first. This report is set up to show us the season standings by event.

This is the same report that the members will view. We're in admin preview mode, so it's going to display all of the results as if the rodeos were marked official. Keep in mind that these amounts may differ than what the members are currently viewing depending on whether you have your rodeos marked as official or not. The report will display event by event and show us our event leaders and the standings. Whether it is organized by points or by dollars is going to depend on how you set that in the System Settings under Standings. It could be ranked by points, or it could be ranked by dollars. So as we scroll down we will see more events.

Here we have Team Roping which is split between header standings and healer standings.

We'll scroll back up to the Senior Barrel Racing event. One of the things that is included in the standings report is the season fast times and best score. Not all organizations use this but we include it as default. So, the best time or the best score for the Senior Barrel Racing event so far this season has been this member and the time was 13.547. We'll have the same under under the best header time, the best healer time for Team Roping and for the best score for Bull Riding.

One of the little bonuses in this report for admins is if you scroll below the standings, uh there's something called Event Leader Emails. This is something that becomes helpful around finals time. If your finals are invite only, you can see the leaders here, event by event, including the member number's name and their email address. This is just a demo, so we've we've popped in a generic email but you can see event by event, ranked by their standings criteria, who is leading what events, and you could use this information to send your invites to your finals rodeo.
