In this chapter, we'll be talking about the stock database management. So, under rodeo setup, we go to set stock database.

The table will display all the animals in the table including the stock contractor they belong to.

In order to add stock we need to have a stock contractor to add them to. So we'll start with add new stock contractor, Dirt Devils Stock Company, and then save the contractor.

When we set up stock in Rodeo Producer it is set up specific to your account. It's not stock shared from any other account and currently you can't share that stock database with other accounts. We have a new stock contractor added. We can go to add new stock to the database.

Give this a name, the type of stock. And so these are all of the events in your event database that currently have the assigned stock check mark turned on. Add a brand number. We'll make this very specific to Dirt Devils Stock Company stock. Then we submit. We can see we have the new animal in the table with the name, the brand number, what event it can be used with and the stock contractor. If necessary, we can delete this one. Continue adding the stock animals. The list will be saved for use in your current rodeo as well as for future rodeos. We can sort the list by type. We can sort the list by contractor in case we need to find the animals right away.

If we wish to do a mass deletion, we we could select the number of stock animals and delete selected and then that would wipe out a number of them.

So now you can see we have a variety of types, a variety of contractors, and all the names. If you need to edit one, you can just go in and click on the name and then change whatever you need to change.
