All Arounds
In this chapter, we will describe setting up All Around reports.
To get started, from rodoeproducer.com we will click the Start link in the top right and then login to our demo Rodeo Producer account.

From the main menu, choose Settings > All Arounds

You do not need to use both rodeo all around and season all around, and they can use different rules. They are set separately here. Some rodeo organizations have highly customized all around rules. The settings in these reports are intended to handle approximately 90% of organization all around needs. If your reports require more customization, please contact us and we should be able to build the customizations aside from these settings.
If your organization does not use All Around standings, just leave these settings as is the reports will not be active.
Let’s start with Season All Around settings

Your choices of settings will now reflect how your rule book states your All Around standings should be organized. This is a series of On / Off radio buttons which will configure the report. The first switch answers the question of are your All Around standings based on $'s won or Points awarded? Click the appropriate radio button. If you have Divisions, such as North and South, click the radio button On. If your reports should be categorized by Member Types, click the radio button On. For this example we will set the by Member Types to On. After these initial selections, click the Save Season All Around Settings button. This will load another set of settings organized based on the switches set above.

The image above shows the remaining switches available to set On / Off. The switches are now organized from top to bottom in columns under each Member Type. In our example, we have 3 Member Types, Volunteers, Senior and Junior. The Volunteers Member Type does not compete so we will ignore any switches settings for that. The first switch question, for each Member is to separate the Member Type by Gender. If the switch in the Senior column is on, we will have categories of Senior Girls and Senior Boys. Similar for Junior. Note that they do not need to match. You can use by Gender in some Member Types and leave the switch Off in others. This is common in Youth or Junior rodeo association where a Novice Member Type may have all boys and girls in the same category for All Around.
Next, for each Member Type, is the switch for Only Include Selected Events. If the switch is turned On, then the next step is to indicate below which events are to be included (On) or excluded (Off) in the total for that category. If the switch for Only Include Selected Events is left Off, then all events are considered eligible.
Click the Save Season All Around Settings button when your selections are complete.
Now let’s look at Rodeo All Aroundsettings.
The first switch answers the question of are your All Around standings based on $'s won or Points awarded? Click the appropriate radio button. If you have Divisions, such as North and South, click the radio button On. If your reports should be categorized by Member Types, click the radio button On. For this example we will set the by Member Types to On. After these initial selections, click the Save Rodeo All Around Settings button which will reload the page and display the rest of the rodeo switch settings.

Similar to making the switch choices for Season All Around, make your selections for By Gender and the switch for Only Include Selected Events. If the switch is turned On, then the next step is to indicate below which events are to be included (On) or excluded (Off) in the total for that category.
After these final selections, click the Save Rodeo All Around Settings button which will reload the page and display the rest of the rodeo switch settings.
